Noël and Natasja are experienced mindfulness trainers, specialized in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness for anxiety complaints and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). They have been providing mindfulness training for years at various universities, medical departments and companies. Together they create space for relaxation and gentleness, personal growth and inner healing.
