Step 1:Identifying causes.
You are put under hypnosis. In deep hypnotic relaxation it is possible to 'bypass' consciousness and gain insight into the causes of your complaints and problems through specific questions. These causes are deep-rooted blockages, habits and beliefs in your subconscious.
Step 2: Breaking patterns
The blocking blocks, beliefs and habits (that cause your complaints) are interrupted, eliminated, reframed and ultimately transformed. The negative is reset, as it were.
Step 3:Installing positive thoughts
In the hypnotic state you are very receptive to new suggestions, thoughts and ideas. In step 3 we install powerful, positive thoughts about yourself and your behavior. This way you are freed from what you no longer want, and you are empowered in how you do want to be.
